Coming to the conclusion that you do not have it all together is one of the most important admissions you will ever make. We are all weak, broken, and hurting. We are also capable of more. I find it to be an incredible privilege to walk alongside someone who is facing into his or her weakness.

I have experience in the field of mental health for over a decade. I have worked with a range of challenges people face including anxiety, depression, marriage, affairs, family, teen-and-parent relationships, relationship conflicts, personal responsibility, independence, boundaries, grief, sexual addiction, and relationships with God. Being married 16 years while also being a father of two kids, I am able to provide helpful insights into marriage, parenting, and family issues.

What you can expect from me is a non-judgmental approach. I use both challenge and encouragement. I listen carefully and help you make connections that you may not be aware of. Having a person and a place that offer a space for change can be life-changing.

What I ask from you is a willingness to dive into the deep end of your life. This can be intimidating or even scary. Yet, a wound does not heal without proper care whether it be physically or emotionally. My hope for you is that through a counseling relationship with me, you find the care you need.
